This policy explains how Affiliate Video Studio handles data for Affiliate Video Studio, a product video generation and TikTok upload workflow for authenticated operators.
Information we collect
- Account connection data from TikTok OAuth when an operator connects a TikTok account.
- Uploaded product images, optional audio files, product descriptions, generated scripts, captions, hashtags, subtitles, and rendered videos.
- Operational records such as job status, upload status, timestamps, error logs, and API response metadata needed to run the service.
How we use information
- To generate short-form product videos from operator-provided product material.
- To let an authenticated operator review, download, and upload approved videos to TikTok inbox or draft workflows where available.
- To maintain security, debug failures, prevent misuse, and operate the internal production system.
TikTok data
- TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens are stored only to operate the connected upload workflow.
- Tokens are encrypted at rest by the application configuration.
- TikTok data is not sold, shared with data brokers, or used for advertising profiles.
Storage and retention
- Uploaded assets, generated audio, rendered video previews, and job records are retained only as needed for production operations, audit, troubleshooting, and configured cleanup windows.
- An operator can remove generated assets from the underlying storage and database as part of normal administration.
- Backups, logs, and infrastructure records may persist for a limited period according to hosting and storage provider settings.
Third-party processors
- The service may use infrastructure and API providers for hosting, storage, queueing, AI generation, text-to-speech, media processing, and TikTok upload integration.
- These providers process data only as needed to deliver the requested workflow.
- The service does not authorize third parties to use operator content for independent marketing.
Security
- Operator access is protected by server-side authentication.
